PROPOSAL LETTER FOR LAND FUNDING
(For planting trees and gardening purpose)

Dear Friends,
Thai Plum Village Sangha is having great happiness in offering loving kindness and providing wholesome environment for many people. This is illustrated well through the services that we provide for those who came to our practice center and many events outside the center. With ongoing training programs and organizations, working together in harmony with brotherhood and sisterhood, we are continuing the works of our beloved Teacher. We are able to do this work is due to the continuing supports and contributions of our friends.
In order to plant more trees and do organic gardening to provide fruits and vegetables for the community, we are planning to purchase 24000 square meter of land next to our center. Importantly, in this land, there are underground aquifers where we could dig wells to provide more water for the center. The cost of the land is $700000 US dollars. If many of us could contribute in the amount per square meters, then we can sooner realized this project. Each square meter cost 1000 baht.
1 square meter = 1000baht = $30 USD = 700.000 VND
